Sale document of Shah Zaynab Khanum's children, 1809
After the death of Shah Zaynab Khanum, the daughter of Muhammad Yusuf from Masulah and the wife of Asad Bayg Qajar, her children, Mirza ‘Ali Akbar, Fatimah Khanum, Sakinah Khanum, and Asiyah Khanum inherited her share of paternal inheritance (except the undivided properties at Siahvurud village). Mirza ‘Ali Akbar sells their shares to Aqa Muhammad ‘Ali, the son of Haji Muhammad Ma‘sum known as Kasmayi, for eighteen thousand dinars on behalf of himself and Fatimah Khanum.

Settlement between Dust Muhammad Khan Muʻayyir al-Mamalik and his children, 1907
Dust Muhammad Khan Muʻayyir al-Mamalik divides his and his wife (Fatimah Khanum ʻIsmat al-Dawlah [daughter of Nasir al-Din Shah])'s property among their children after his wife's death. He transfers the ownership of the Mihrabad village in Tehran, which was part of ʻIsmat al-Dawlah's dowry, as well as the trees and buildings in this property, and some other properties in Tehran to his son, Dust ʻAli Khan Iʻtisam al-Saltanah. One sixth of the Kalah Chah village, two gardens in Mihrabad, half of his residence, bath, and garden is transferred to his other son, Dust Muhammad Khan Iʻtisam...
